Areas We Serve · The Triangle
Where we work
We’re based in North Raleigh and most of our clients are within about 30 minutes of it. Close enough to sit in your conference room when that’s the right thing to do, which is more often than most agencies will admit.
The Triangle
- Raleigh — the head market, and where most of our client base sits.
- Durham — a different competitive picture from Raleigh, with more of the demand concentrated downtown and around Duke.
- Cary — dense, affluent, and one of the most competitive local search markets in the region.
- Chapel Hill — smaller volume, higher intent, and a market where reviews carry unusual weight.
- Apex — fast residential growth, which shows up first in home services demand.
- Wake Forest — north Wake County, and a natural extension of a North Raleigh service area.
- Morrisville — small footprint, high household income, and heavily contested by Cary and RTP advertisers.
- Holly Springs — southern Wake growth corridor, similar profile to Apex.
A note on service areas and ranking
Setting a service area inside your Google Business Profile does not make you rank in those towns. Proximity to the searcher is doing most of the work in the map pack, and you cannot change where your office is.
What actually moves you into a neighboring city is slower and less convenient: city-specific pages with real local substance, content that references that market, links from those communities, and reviews from customers who live there. Anyone selling you eight cities in three months is selling you doorway pages, and Google has a policy aimed precisely at that.
Work we run well outside the Triangle
Blog writing, print and direct mail, and recruitment campaigns don’t require anybody to be local. We run all three for clients well outside this region, and there’s no penalty in the work for the distance.
Google Ads and paid social also travel fine. Local SEO is the one service where being in the market genuinely helps, because knowing which towns actually border each other and where people really search is not something you can look up.
Somewhere else in the Triangle?
If you’re in a town that isn’t listed, that’s usually fine. Call and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re close enough to be useful.
