Blog Writing & Posting

Blog writing services for small business, written and published for you

Most blog writing services send you a document. Then it sits in your inbox for three weeks because publishing it means logging in, formatting it, finding an image, and figuring out where it should link.

We publish it. You get a live URL, not a draft.

What’s included

Keyword and question research specific to your service area, based on what people in the Triangle actually search rather than what a national tool suggests.

Writing from your input. A short monthly call where you tell us what customers got wrong this month, what objection keeps coming up, and what job was interesting. That’s what makes a post worth reading and it’s the part a content mill can’t fake.

Formatted for how search works now. A clear answer near the top, real question-and-answer sections, tables where a table helps. That structure is what gets a page quoted in AI results.

Published live. Categorized, internally linked to the right service page, image added, meta description written. You get a URL.

Ongoing internal linking, so older posts keep pointing at the pages that make you money.

Why we don’t pad posts to 2,000 words

The correlation between word count and getting cited by AI search is close to zero. Ahrefs analyzed 174,048 pages and measured it at 0.04, and found more than half of AI-cited pages ran under 1,000 words.

What does correlate: answering the question clearly, having a named human author, real Q&A formatting, clean section structure, and tables or lists where they belong.

So posts here run as long as the answer requires. Some are 600 words. A few are 1,400. None of them are 2,000 words because a template said so.

How it works

Common questions

Do you publish, or just send drafts?

We publish. That’s most of the value.

How many posts a month does a small business need?

Two is plenty. One a month works if it’s genuinely specific. Eight thin posts a month is worse than one good one, and it costs more.

Does blogging still work now that AI answers questions directly?

For informational questions, an AI summary now appears on the results page most of the time, and it cites its sources. Being one of the cited sources is the game. That’s a different objective from ranking at position three, and it’s won with clear answers and clean structure rather than length.

Can’t I just use ChatGPT for this?

You can generate the words. What you can’t generate is what your customers get wrong, what you charge and why, or the job last month that went sideways. Unedited AI-generated content also tends not to hold its rankings past the first few months. Use it as a drafting tool, not as the writer.

Who this is for

Businesses that know their blog should exist and haven’t touched it in a year. Best fit if you’ll give us 15 minutes a month.

Not a fit if you want ten posts a month, or if you want to approve every sentence. Both are fine to want. They’re just a different arrangement.

Talk about your blog

Fifteen minutes a month from you, a live post from us. Tell us what you sell and we’ll come back with a topic plan.
